Request Sponsorship Support

UTRID is proud to support organizations and events that serve the interpreting profession and Deaf community. If you are interested in requesting financial sponsorship or other sponsorship support from UTRID, please use the form below to tell us about your event or organization.

Please Plan Ahead

UTRID is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization, and sponsorship requests may require discussion and approval by the UTRID Board of Directors.

Please submit your request at least four weeks before the date you need a decision. This allows time for UTRID to review the request, discuss available funds and other considerations, and bring the request to the Board when appropriate.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that UTRID will be able to provide funding or sponsorship.

What to Include in Your Request

When completing the form, please provide as much information as possible about:

Your organization or group and a contact person
The event or activity you are requesting sponsorship for
Date, location, and format of the event
The purpose of the event or activity
Who will be served by the event or activity
The type of support you are requesting, including the amount of financial support requested, if applicable
How UTRID’s sponsorship would support the interpreting profession or Deaf community
Any other information that would help the UTRID Board understand your request

What Happens Next?

After you submit your request, UTRID will review the information provided. We may contact you if additional information is needed before the request can be considered.

Requests involving financial support may be brought to the UTRID Board of Directors for discussion and consideration. Please allow at least four weeks for this process.
