UTRID is a completely volunteer-run 501(c)(3) organization, including our Board of Directors. We rely on volunteers to support our programs, events, and work serving interpreters and the Deaf community of Utah.

Volunteer with UTRID
There are many ways to support UTRID throughout the year, from helping with events and programs to assisting with behind-the-scenes projects. Tell us a little about your interests and availability through the volunteer form below.
Present a Workshop or Terp Talk
Interested in sharing your knowledge or experience with the interpreting community? We welcome proposals for Workshops and Terp Talks.
Volunteer as an Interpreter
Due to Utah licensing regulations, only interpreters who hold state-level certification or are currently recognized by the state are eligible to provide interpreting services in Utah, including in volunteer settings.
Volunteer interpreting opportunities are available year-round in a variety of settings.
