UTRID Silent weekend information

Hello UTRID Campers!

We are thrilled you have decided to join us for our first annual UTRID Silent weekend on April 24-26th 2020! In this email you will find a full schedule and important details to know before and after you arrive.

First, we have Stephanie Belshe and Trenton Marsh presenting on “CDI and Hearing Interpreters working together” they would love to get CDI specific questions answered prior to their workshop on the 24th. Please everyone take their short survey to make their CDI worksop as beneficial as possible: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/LN75D7W

This Silent weekend will start at 8 am on Friday, the 24th with a light breakfast and welcome/ice breakers. We will start our first workshop at 9 am sharp. You will need to be there on time to get full credit for the workshop. We have collected your rooming preferences and bed choices and rooming arrangements have been assigned. Your names will be labeled on the doors/beds at the cabin when you arrive so that you can find your room and place your items inside and be ready for the first workshop. Also, please try and car pool as there will be limited parking space at the cabin. The Heber cabin address will be sent out in a later email as the time gets closer. đŸ™‚
